[Owncloud] New feature - QR-Code for sharing link

Sorry for alle the confusion. I sent this mail before I've created the the pull request but it was in moderation queue and probably it got released now.

And yes, I've changed it to qrcodejs and it's added to Milestone OC7. No calls to external backends.

take a look at the ownclouds Shorty app: 

it offers QRCodes for sharing and uses the the mentioned phpqrcode library.
