Hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask so if not please pint me in the right direction.  

I'm looking for some help setting up OC within my company but having some issues with LDAP and connecting to the mail server. 

Does the machine have to be on the domain to get the LDAP information and talk to exchange?

Is there anyone who could help me with my issues?
