[Owncloud] Testing of GUI code

Hi everyone,
 I was looking around the code and since "provide unit tests" is a
part  of the coding guidelines I asked myself how to provide tests for
 display/GUI issues.
 For example for issue #5901 or #5865.
 Do you use any specific framework for those test cases, e.g Selenium?
