[Owncloud] ownCloud News App for Android

@Bernhard: we decided for a cross-platform app written in html/css/js and
we should stick to that.

I will definitely help with testing David's app, but unfortunately I can't
promise that I will contribute to the code. Learning how to code an android
app is not in my near future plans.
