[Owncloud] Lock application

Dear all,

 We are looking for someone who is familiar in developing ownCloud apps to develop for us a "Lock" application.

 Basically the objective of the application is to solve the issue of overlapping updates to a file in ownCloud. We are having problems with using ownCloud for sharing files which are updated very frequently (e.g. Excel documents). Sometimes, a user overwrites the document without knowing that another user has just updated the file a few seconds earlier.

 So the idea of the app is that users sharing a common folder could "lock" a file to indicate that he's changing the file. While the file is locked, any updates to the file by other users will be prevented (whether via the web, client app or the mobile app).

 Once the user has finished updating the file, he can release the lock and other users are free to update the file.
