[Owncloud] External Storage mount to "/" behaves badly

I have been experimenting with the idea of per user S3 buckets.

So I fired up the 'External Storage' app and as Admin:
Folder Name: /
External Storage: Amazon S3
Key: myKey
Secret: mySecret
Bucket: ExperimentalBucket
Applicable: All Users

This worked EXACTLY as I expected, but since I didn't want everyone to
share the same root, so I went to change the last bit.
Now External Storage shows:
Folder Name: 0
External Storage: Add Storage
Key: myKey
Secret: mySecret
Bucket: ExperimentalBucket
(Applicable is missing)
(There is no 'x' to delete the storage)

I have tried to clear out all the options, but nothing will disable the
storage. If I disable to External Storage app, then it tell my user "You
have no permissions here".

Any ideas on a way to fix this issue?

Thanks,
