[Owncloud] Public folder

interesting idea, but following your vision, should the public folder be
visible in the Files section ?
Because, if yes, how can you deny the client from auto-syncing that folder
too ?

I think you can partially have a public folder shared by users by using
symlinks, but I cannot test that.
