A few notes:

* I was able to link most names to github usernames, but in a few
cases I couldn't. Help is welcome.

* Some information may be incorrect or outdated; I'm betting on
Cunningham's law [1] to improve things. Be bold in fixing stuff and
replacing inactive maintainers with **No maintainer**.
