[Owncloud] OwnCloud 5.0 Windows 8 IIS 8

I have ownCloud 5.0 up and running on a Windows 8 32Bit it went just about as
described in the online documents. I changed the Data directory over to the
"D" drive and have been running some tests.

With the web interface I can upload a file but the "spinning icon" never
goes away, but if I reload the page the file has been uploaded and looks
good. But, with the ownCloud client 1.2.1 or webdav will not ever load a
file up all I see in the ownClould is the filename with a -part added.

I assume that I have a setting incorrect but I can't think what it could be.
