[Owncloud] clientsync feature request

Christian, please from now on use the issue trackers for any bugs or
feature requests. The one for the desktop app is at
http://github.com/owncloud/mirall/issues

The one for the ownCloud server at http://github.com/owncloud/core
And the one for most shipped apps at http://github.com/owncloud/apps (we’re
about to split some apps out of there, and they will be clearly named by
/appname

The mobile apps are at /android and /ios-issues
