[Owncloud] Name of app repositories

I disagree with introducing this namespace, especially because the apps are
ideally just cloned into the apps folder. Then you’ll have an apps folder
full of »app-…« apps. Appedyapp.
We need a separate list linking to the repositories short of Github’s own
listing anyway. I also don’t see why we should have an arbitrary extra
organization just for the apps. It’ll probably just be about 7 apps anyway
which get their own repos (the ones we ship), 3rdparty ones will be
developed wherever the developer wants. (We can keep the »apps repo dump«
for now but in the long term I’d say we should move away from that.)
I think there’s no problem in having a lot of repositories under one single
organization. On the other hand I think it’s very bad to have a weird
namespace or organization separation just because it seems cleaner. Just
look at Mozilla, or Github itself, they have tons of repos in one
organization.
