[Owncloud] libocsync

Hey,

I know it's hard to understand alls the different parts :)

mirall and ocsync are both developed by Klaas Freitag, who is also in this 
mailinglist.

ocsync is a (temporally) fork of csync to make csync interact with OC.

I do have libocync 0.70.4 with OC 4.5.7 running without any problems.
I don't find any issue at the https://github.com/owncloud/mirall/issues
