[Owncloud] Cron service fails

Not sure if this is a bug or if something has changed... I'm running the RC2 
that was just released. 

My crontab entry:

5 * * * * /usrbin/php /var/www/owncloud/cron.php

and the result: 

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getRoot() on a non-object in 
/var/www/owncloud/lib/files/filesystem.php on line 313
Unexpected error!

I've also tried as a web service with the following command: 

wget -O - -v --no-check-certificate https://domain.com/cron.php

which produces the following in the owncloud error logs: 

{"app":"PHP","message":"Call to a member function getRoot() on a non-object at 
\/var\/www\/owncloud\/lib\/files\/filesystem.php#313","level":4,"time":1362496082}

Did something in the cron service change or should I submit this as a bug?
