[Owncloud] ownCloud Client 1.3.0 beta 3+4 random conflict files

With beta3, I am not surprised. The issue arised e.g. when creating an 
empty office document from the explorer context menu and then opened an 
office application to edit it. We added a fix shortly after beta3, which 
is part of beta 4. Maybe that is why you could not reproduce it?
