[Owncloud] ownCloud Client 1.3.0 beta 3+4 random conflict files

Helo,

in the last 2-3 weeks we have seen some random conflict files showing up 
on computers running the beta 3 or 4.

It is mostly (exclusively?) the case with ms office and openoffice 
documents.
It does not matter if it's running under windows 8 oder Ubuntu 13.04


Anyone else seen this ?

As I can't reproduce it I haven't opened a issue in the tracker
