[Owncloud] owncloud 5.0.12 and postgresql db

There is definitely something wrong with pgsql. I cannot capture login 
attempt on initial install, even with log connections in postgresql.conf 
enabled. Also iptables. As if connections are never made, but 
owncloud.log is filling with unable to connect error messages.
