[Owncloud] owncloud 5.0.12 and postgresql db

[Nikola Garafolic]

There is postgresql button, but credentials dont work. I can login from 
terminal to postgresql as owncloud user, but cannot finish initial 
install with the same credentials...
Am I missing ACL in pg_hba.conf file?
