[Owncloud] Bug in OC 5.0.7

Hello everyone,

after doing some testing I found a problem with OC 5.0.7. Maybe the cause of fixing a Security Issue?
Since 5.0.7 it is not possible anymore to change the passwords of users via Web Interface. Maybe my
configuration is incorrect, but I don't have any problems with OC 5.0.6 and earlier.
