[Owncloud] Acceptance-testing and provisionig_api

nice to know you want to help out here :-)
I'm sure Thomas and I will be investigating this issue at the developer 
meeting in Berlin. Probably we'll just "upload" a php file which does 
all the changes required.
Do you join the meeting as well?
