[Owncloud] Acceptance-testing and provisionig_api

Hi,

i work an an update to the Vagrantfile in the acceptance-testing repo
(update to stable5).

Unfortunately the provisionig_api is gone in recent versions and moved
to the Enterprise Edition (?).

Whats the way to go here?
