[Owncloud] Help needed in getting started

Hi,

Please guide me as to how to build the owncloud server and get started in
its development. I can't find development details in ownCloud.org site. I
love ownCloud and want to contribute code to the same.  Help will be much
appreciated if building information on WAMP server is provided as I am
using a windows machine.
