[Owncloud] Following owncloud installation instructions results in failed installation on fresh Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

I suggest to remove the 4.0 download or label it clearly as legacy or deprecated. No new use should use it. This is only for people who still run 4.0.x and can't or don't want to update to 4.5.x
