[Owncloud] CalDAV / CardDAV with IPhone 5

Hello, 

i have a Problem while trying to Sync my new Iphone 5 via
CalDAV and CardDAV. Both cannot connect via SSL and cannot verify
Account Data. 

I followed the Instructions on
http://owncloud.org/support/synchronisation/ios/ [1] 

I have already
tried every possibility for Adresses via https://(Port 443) and
http://(Port 80) and without any prefix. 

 	*
ADDRESS/owncloud/apps/contacts/carddav.php/principals/user
 	*
ADDRESS/owncloud/remote.php/caldav/principals/username
 	*
ADDRESS/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/christian/contacts
 	*
ADDRESS/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/

Neither CalDAV, nor CardDAV works
via Iphone 5. 

Everything works fine via Roundcube CardDAV plugin and
with a normal Webbrowser, so i dont think its a server Problem. 

I am
using Unix User Backend in Owncloud 4.5.5, but i also tried a fresh
installation of Owncloud 4.5.5 without any App. Both didnt work. 

Maybe
one of you could help me figure out whats the Problem.
