[Owncloud] Windows client problem after upgrading from v1.1.2 to v1.1.4

Hello,

In short words:
After upgrading my client from v.1.1.2 to v1.1.4 using setup.exe my 
client is not working anymore.

My system at work is Win 7 64-bit. Client was v1.1.2 and working fine.
Install path was "C:\Program Files (x86)\ownCloud Client"
Before christmas I shut down.
Today I started again and client was working fine again.
"Time to install v1.1.4" was one of my thoughts.
So I started installer and ran it like always.
It asked my to uninstall first. So I did.
Then I installed v1.1.4.
Install path is "C:\Program Files (x86)\ownCloud".
It differs!

There are still some files in old directory.

When starting owncloud.exe v1.1.2 I get error:
"The owncloud plugin for csync could not be loaded. Please verify the 
installation!"


When starting owncloud.exe v1.1.4 I get error:
"File exchange with ownCloud failed. Sync was stopped."

Have you modified installer at last releases?

Should I file an issue at github?
