[Owncloud] Including Owncloud in a commercial product

We are working on a prototype of a device which would include OwnCloud as one of the installed applications, understanding the basics behind open source software any changes or modifications to the core code are going to be released.

However are there any other implications or any other agreement that would be needed to signed ?
