[Owncloud] Design specs, feedback welcome!

Recently there was lots of design feedback and discussion on here. I’m
really happy that people care about that and want to contribute.

I wrote up some specs for the next design (for ownCloud 6) and I’d love
your feedback. If you have a Github account just comment right there:
