[Owncloud] webinstaller installs old 4.0.12

I downloaded:

which gets :
https://download.owncloud.org/download/ ... latest.zip 
<https://download.owncloud.org/download/community/owncloud-latest.zip>
which currently (2012-02-18) seems to be 4.0.12
