[Owncloud] Possibility to disable stylesheets and javascript

Hi All,
At the moment is there a way to add custom themes like in joomla? If it is
there, people can use light weight themes. Although the login screen is
about 400kb, some of them will be in the browser cache that enables reuse.
Therefore is it a large issue? Since most of the apps relies on javascript,
disabling it could effect them badly.
