[Owncloud] Possibility to disable stylesheets and javascript

Stefan, Mark, contributions are always welcome. Especially if you know your
way around performance optimization, it would be great if you can help to
polish ownCloud there.

Git is pretty easy, you can learn it in a few minutes at
http://try.github.com/levels/1/challenges/1
Then just clone the main repository https://github.com/owncloud/core,
dabble around in the code and if you did something awesome, submit a pull
request. You can mention me in the pull request via @jancborchardt so me
and others will review it.
