[Owncloud] community chef script for owncloud

Hi Michael,

We have already chef scripts:
https://github.com/owncloud/acceptance-testing/tree/master/Vagrant/cookbooks

There is also a Vagrantfile one level above to bootstrap various configurations of ownCloud.


What you want to use the scripts for?
