[Owncloud] Documentation deadline: filesystem, vcategories, share api

The deadline for documentation will be on the 19th of february.

The following tasks are still open:

* filesystem explanation (blizzz)
* vcategories (tanghus)
* share api (mtgap)

If you need help, please contact me via mail or irc (Raydiation)

Unfinished documentation wont be included in the OC 5 release so please 
get the docs ready until 19th of february
