[Owncloud] Hire Dev - Customize Owncloud Share Feature

I would like to connect with a developer familiar with the current inner workings of OC in order to help us customize the sharing feature for a client. We have in the past done some.. ahem.. hackery.. but I would like to do this in a way that is as forward compatible with owncloud as possible (and not a rushed hackjob, if possible).

I have a set of users on the system who need the share-via-email option but not the 'share with other user' on the system function. I have another set of users that needs the share functionality more-or-less as-is, though.

I want to further customize the share links to expire by default, 5 days from the current date.

I can put all the users that need the hidden options in a particular group, if that helps. Hiding form elements with CSS is fine, and we've done some stuff with the html/css in the past with owncloud as a quick-n-easy way of getting some customizability without losing too much forward compatibility.

I would also like you to migrate our current sqllite db to mysql (if possible) as we're starting to really use the system and that would probably be a good thing(?).
