[Owncloud] owncloud-client more options needed

Well if you upload one file with 1MB/s or 2 with 500KB/s does not make a
difference. Files aren't faster uploaded. Quite the contrary, 2 uploads
generate double the overhead, hence make the data transfer slower. And
in sequential upload you can work with the first file while the second
is uploading.
