[Owncloud] Are there some explanations on: maintained(4.5) and stable(5.0)?

There is no decision yet about the time ownCloud 5 is supported. But you can expect to get fixes and security patches for ownCloud 5 for quite a while.
A rule of thumb is that we always support the current version and the version before. So at the moment ownCloud 5 and ownCloud 4.5
