[Owncloud] Upload limit set to 513Mb

Dear fellow-cloud-users,

After changing the htaccess I was able to upload max 4,8 GB but I 
received another error.
'The uploaded file exceeds the max_file_size directive that was 
specified in the HTML form'

Can anybody tell me where to change this setting?
