[Owncloud] Filesystem cache update

Any way to call a php (like cron) from command line to update the
filesystem cache ?

It append that the content of the folder in the web interface was different
from the content on disk (written from samba share).

What I want is to call a php each time we have a change on disk with
inotify to be sure that the file system cache is updated.
