[Owncloud] Upload limit set to 513Mb

Hello,
     Just joined the list.  I have been testing out owncloud 5.0.3 and 
just today upgraded to 5.0.4.  In 5.0.3 on the Admin account under 
"Admin" settings there was "File handling" that let you set the upload 
max size. I had this set to "2 GB".  After the upgrade this field area 
disappeared and now my upload size limit is 513Mb. Did this setting get 
moved?

Running on CentOS 6.4.
