[Owncloud] Issue tracker for 3rdparty repository?

Which issue do you want to report?

We don't want to have an issue tracker for upstream project here because this would duplicate the bugs and most upstream developer will most likely not check the ownCloud bugtracker for bugs.

So please try to report bugs about software in 3rdparty to the upstream project.
