[Owncloud] Why are we using a label in the login mask to show placeholder values?

Hi Philip,

I took up the junior job for included modernizr.js and a polyfill for
placeholders in the contacts app. Modernizr has been implemented and the
polyfills pull request is still pending in contacts_rework branch branch of
ownCloud/apps.  I guess it will done as soon as Thomas Tanghus confirms it.
