[Owncloud] bug report oc-1113 follow-up

I would have filed another bug report, but I can't seem to get
registered for the bug reporting system. I'm having the same
difficulty as icono who reporting this bug. Changing the function
getUsersAndGroups to his code solves the problem. I'm using 4.0.7 with
LDAP users and groups. I As the bug is marked as not a bug, I just
wanted to let you know that it is a bug--at least for me too.
