Yes, we have talked about dropping adding the "username's " thing. Also 
because as it is currently it is saved translated in the database which would 
be odd in a setup where users use different languages. We still need a way to 
indicate that it is a shared addressbook though. I'm open for suggestions.

Yes, the name should probable be disabled as it is not - well - editable ;)
