[Owncloud] Upgrade instructions

Thanks to all who had a look and gave feedback, I just updated 
http://owncloud.org/support/upgrade/ with the most recent state.

A result was also that a page with backup instructions is wanted 
(http://bugs.owncloud.org/thebuggenie/owncloud/issues/oc-1915).
