This would be great. I started a basic app for that:

It currently only lists the video it finds. It should open the videoviewer on click:
https://github.com/owncloud/apps/tree/master/files_videoviewer

I'm also working on a thumbnail libary so that we could also show video previews in the future.
It would be awesome if you could help here because I have limited time.

A Chat/SIP Server app would be very cool. This is probably a lot of work but would be awesome to have.
