[Owncloud] New events mailinglist

Hi,

several free software events are coming up in the next few month where we want to participate.
FOSDEM, chemnitzer linuxtage, LinuxTag Berlin, ...

We have a new mailinglist now where we can discuss how to organize the events and where people who want to attend and help can collaborate.
