[Owncloud] Change notifications instead of polling

Hi,

is anybody working on change notification for Windows?

If not I might be able to look into this. However, I don't know when.


Having said that, how do you proceed with pull requests? I see there are 
three of them (2 months old) without any reaction nor comment.
