[Owncloud] label commits with name of the apps in owncloud/apps

What I do now is in addition to putting the label on them, I start the
issue with »Appname:«. So for instance »News: keep unread layout« or
»Bookmarks: move settings into app«. That helps when skimming the
issue list and also when receiving the issues via mail.
