[Owncloud] Google Code-In Tasks

Hi,
I cleaned up the descriptions of the tasks and I transferred them to the
following page: http://community.kde.org/GoogleCodeIn/2012/Ideas
Please check them out and feel free to expand them by adding a
Prerequisites section (missing in many of the tasks).
