[Owncloud] Threaded e-mail

Hello Nikolai,

Thomas Müller and I are working on the mail client. Well, that is when 
we both have time and that unfortunately is not very often.
You are welcome to help us! We use the roundcube libs for the imap 
connections and write our own interface. You find the sources in the 
owncloud apps repository in the folder "mail".
