Hi,

ownCloud 4 RC is here:
owncloud.org/releases/owncloud-4.0.0-RC.tar.bz2

Please make sure to only commit critical bugfixes from now on. New features and bugfixes that might break stuff are not allowed.
I will tag the final version next Saturday morning.
