[Owncloud] Can no longer upload anything

Hi, after a month of no help i figure out that placing a PHP.ini file in my files & files/ajax folder on my webhost that was the way around the 8MB upload issue.

It had been working great for a while then i had to reconnect the db, now i can't upload anything at all, even a 1kb file, all i get is "No file was uploaded. Unknown error"

Can anyone help?
